mayfly

“ Mayfly - byť či nebyť “

One man - one stage - one life

Tragedy comedy (slapstick, clown, pantomime)

for teenagers and adults

Duration 90 minutes, no break, non-verbal

Directed by Maike Jansen

Comprehensive, haunting, humorous. A 24-hour biography that packs a punch. In a mixture of slapstick, clowning, pantomime and acting, pohyb's and the like allow the audience to immerse themselves in a world beyond language, about failure and success, dreams and reality and the race with and against time - non-verbal theater not entirely without language.

The use of the word in the Slovak language directs the focus to non-verbal communication and allows the "foreignness" to be experienced.

Stefan Ferencz acts expressively and with great intensity, playing his way into the hearts of the audience with his mayfly ...

... With an ingenious mixture of slapstick, pantomime and clowning, Stefan Ferencz captivates and inspires in the one-act play

"The Mayfly" over one and a half hours the audience ...
